Cottage Recipes is my personal online cookbook. I love to cook, and I have started to make myself write down my recipes so I can re-create the dishes another time. I have always been one of those “a little of this, and a little of that” cooks, so this is a bit more of a challenge for me!

I decided to create a recipe blog when my Sister-in-law asked me for another copy of the cookbook CD that I had given her a few years ago – a blog seemed to be the perfect solution to keeping track of my favorite recipes, and sharing them with others.

I am slowly figuring out how to take better pictures of food… it seems to be as difficult to photograph as jewelry. I am open to any tips or tricks on that front! My husband thinks it’s funny that I am going around taking pictures of everything before I will let him eat it… but I’m sure he will get over that eventually. At least I hope he will!
