		<description><![CDATA[Yes, you will stink after eating this, but it will be very worth it!  Roasted, caramelized garlic and onions seem to make everything all better, then you top it with fresh bread broiled under a slice of cheese and life really starts looking up.

shredded lettuce or spinach
